Methusela Bahame is a development professional working at the intersection of urban resilience, water systems, and environmental sustainability with a specialisation in Citywide Inclusive Sanitation, Water-Sensitive Urban Development and Blue-green Infrastructure.

His work focuses on translating policy, research, and technical knowledge into practical, implementable solutions that respond to local realities. He has experience supporting institutions, programmes, and projects across areas such as climate-resilient WASH, decentralised systems, and decentralised Stormwater management.

At AfriAdapt, Methusela leads efforts to design context-responsive solutions that strengthen implementation, improve service delivery, and support long-term resilience.

Justine Sheria is a practitioner focused on environmental management, institutional strengthening, and applied development solutions.

His work centres on helping organisations bridge the gap between strategy and implementation by developing practical systems, tools, and approaches that are aligned with local capacity and operational realities.

At AfriAdapt, Justine contributes to shaping advisory, research, and capacity building work that supports sustainable, inclusive, and resilient development outcomes.
